By Week 12 you will have done the work that most programs skip entirely: the grief work, the values archaeology, the competing commitments, the post-burnout identity question. Not in theory. In practice, applied to your actual life.

The Three Threads

Identity

The question is not what your values are — you can recite those. The question is whose values you have actually been living. Absorbed versus consciously chosen. The root of why burnout happened.

Thread Two

Reset

Mindful Action
