I teach you the King Tide methodology: how to recognize capacity depletion before collapse, regulate your nervous system when dysregulated, distinguish between driven action and aligned action, and rebuild sustainable rhythms.

You learn the four-stage Reset Cycle (Regulate → Refocus → Calibrate → Move), nervous system regulation tools, capacity vs. capability assessment, and values-aligned decision-making.

This is direct instruction. I'm teaching you a specific framework.

Weeks 4-6: Implementation Support

Apply the Method to Your Real Life

We apply the Reset Cycle to your actual situations. I identify your specific depletion patterns in real-time, interrupt them, and guide you through using the tools yourself. You practice resetting when old patterns activate.

Stop denying how depleted you are. Learn the critical difference between capability and capacity. Map your current state honestly, not aspirationally.

Session 2: REGULATE - Nervous System Foundations

Your nervous system is running the show. You can't think your way out of a nervous system problem. Learn to recognize dysregulation and build your practical regulation toolkit.

Session 3: REFOCUS - Clarity Without Chaos

Identify what actually matters versus what you've been prioritizing. Do the grief work most programs skip - mourn the version of yourself you can't be anymore.

Session 4: CALIBRATE - Right-Sizing Your Life

Design a life that fits your current capacity, not your aspirational capacity. Stop trying to be the person you wish you were. Build sustainable rhythms for the person you actually are.

Session 5: MOVE - Aligned Action

Take action that builds capacity rather than depletes it. Learn what aligned action feels like in your body. Practice small moves not “transformation porn” that looks impressive but leaves your nervous system depleted.

Session 6: Integration & Sustainability

Build your ongoing capacity maintenance practice. Create your personal early warning system. Know when to get support again without framing it as failure.
