A quick check-in

I haven't been posting much, and I want to be straight about why.

King Tide isn't my full-time life yet. I'm building it while showing up for the things that currently keep the lights on like my kids, my work, the unglamorous logistics of real life.

I'm deeply committed to transformation work. I'm just not committed to pretending I'm further along than I am. I'm not a guru who's transcended rent, responsibility, or reality. I'm someone doing the work inside it.

And honestly, that's the point. Real transformation doesn't happen in pristine retreat centers. It happens in kitchens, inboxes, messy schedules, and tired bodies that still choose to show up.

That said, growth doesn't thrive on intention alone. It needs consistency, structure, and care especially when life is messy. So I'm committing to a more structured approach, not because I've suddenly got more time, but because real growth isn't chaotic magic. It's intentional, nurtured, practiced, and built over time.

So yes, I'm still here. The work continues. Just not always on the timeline my ego would prefer.

(Reality has a way of keeping us honest. And frankly, I trust that more.)
